One

Only One more day before I can launch phase one of The Plan.  My first SSRB deposit should hit my bank shortly after midnight making it possible to complete the purchase of my new car after I get off work at 10AM tomorrow.  The Pontiac G5 at which I was looking sold on Saturday, so I had to select yet another vehicle.  This time I selected a 2008 Cobalt LS Coupe which has the same engine as the Pontiac G5.  The good thing about this particular vehicle is that it has the lowest mileage of any I have selected so far with only 51,000 one owner miles on it.  It also meets the criteria for economy and reliability.  I did however have to compromise on the color (this Cobalt is White) as there was nothing with only two doors available in blue at any of the lots I shopped at over the weekend.  I think the low mileage trumps the color compromise in this case.  I think I will be almost giddy with excitement by the time it comes for me to get off work tomorrow.  Everything is arranged for the purchase and the insurance, so it should not take me more than an hour to complete the paperwork, take pictures for the insurance, sign my name and drive away.  The Good Book says that "all good things come to he who waits" and Lord knows I have waited long enough for my patience to be rewarded, lol!

Your Musical Moment for today features the music of a modern Italian classical composer, Goffredo Petrassi with his Concerto for Piano and Orchestra penned between 1936-39.  The performance today is by the Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale della RAI conducted by Arturo Tamayo and featuring Alfonso Alberti as the Piano Soloist.

Then to give you something worth scrolling down the page, I have selected this collection of the young and the muscly to serve as your Tuesday's Temptations for this week.  Thanks for sharing part of your day with me, see you again tomorrow.  Until next time as always, Enjoy!
