Friends Are Wonderful!

Last evening when I awoke to get ready for work I, of course, went first to my computer to see what was happening in the world.  I was gratified when I went to my Facebook page to find a message from a friend there .  The  message was short but sweet telling me a friend of his had recommended Nichevo to him and that there were people out there that were really glad that I had returned to better health and had started posting again.  I, too, are glad I am am felling better and posting again after a year of uncertainty.  While there are still concerns regarding my health, my doctor is fairly happy with my progress and frankly so am I.  It is also very good to be posting again as I have missed the warmth of the rapport I have with all of you out there that take the time to stop by to see what I have to say and enjoy my taste in eye candy.  If you would like to join me on Facebook, you can click here or the link in the side bar just under the subscription links and above the visitor clock.  It almost never fails whenever I need a lift in spirits, you guys usually find a way to do it one way or the other.  So keep on coming by, take time to say "hey" once in a while.  I promise to be grateful and return any messages sent to me.  

I ran across the maker of the following videos when I was looking for pieces to include in last Monday's post and I found the three videos posted below when I went looking again for today's selections.  While not classical music per se, each video features a different type of flute and all are relaxing and beautiful in their own way.  They are followed in due course by today's eye candy offerings.  Until next time as always, Enjoy!

Monday turned out to be my day off this week which happened to come along at the right time to help my body with its "WTF are you doing up at this hour" adjustments. My sleep schedule is still totally out of whack but it is getting slightly better as the days pass. By the time G gets back, and I transition back to days, my body clock will almost be adjusted to nights. This means readjusting it back to a day schedule so I will be sleep deprived most of the month as my body tries to figure out just WTF I am doing to it. I did however have a chance to catch up with an old friend of Nichevo on the phone yesterday. He had left me a voice mail on Messenger so I took the chance on catching him at home in his remote, woodsy location and got lucky. We spent an excellent hour in conversation catching up on where we both are right about now. Then I got an email from Scruffy in Arkansas and we emailed back and forth, seems they miss me in Arkansas but are happy that I am doing well in Texas. I must admit, for the first time in many years, I am doing well and making progress towards my goals and aspirations. This last year has been one of tremendous progress both in Arkansas and Texas (and in fact for the Nation as we transition from Bushism to Obama-land). Even on a cold, rainy Oh Fuck Day (as the Lunch Lady calls Mondays) I am filled with hope and optimism for the coming months. As the day passes from Monday to Tuesday as I write this and the rain continues, I am in a happy frame of mind looking forward to all that is opening up in my life in the coming months. I am sure there will be bumps in the road, they always are there to try to trip you up. This does not mean the overall direction in which I am headed is in any way misguided, just life has got to fuck with you every once in a while to let you know you are still alive. Thanks to all my wonderful friends, readers and blog buddies I have encountered through these pages, my life is full of love, life and adventure on a daily basis. The journey that is Nichevo is nowhere near complete, and we will continue to chronicle the days of my life in these pages as well as bringing you the best imagery I can find to entertain and entice you.
