I have a doctor's appointment at 9 this morning for a check up, so my time is at a premium today. The items of interest in news yesterday were the signing of the Marriage Equality bill into law by Governor Mark Dayton which was followed by a parade into downtown St. Paul where a big celebration went down; ABC has egg on its face after they tried to trumpet a 'coverup' in the last year's Benghazi attacks based on a email that was proven to be a lie when the real email was produced that told quite a different story; and then there was the story about the IRS being naughty by harassing Tea Party conservative groups with audits like they had an agenda against them instead of being politically neutral as they should be. The President was duly upset and now the IG is investigating the IRS. It's about time someone took them to task, they have had a free reign to bully anyone they wanted to for long enough. Other than that, not much else is happening in the Notes on the News department, therefore I guess I will just turn directly to the Music and the Men so I can head out the door.

Way to go, Minnesota! I wish Texas would step up. You are so right re the IRS. They have been running over people and bullying for far too long.
Gorgeous pics, Uncle Gerry. I hope your appointment went well. Take care:)
Thanks, Bailey! My doctor took me off some medicines, changed some to another and added a couple. Thankfully the co-pays are only $10 each, she did have me meet with the Social Worker who has a program that paid for 4 out of the 6 co-pays so all the new meds just cost me $20.
Uncle Gerry,
That's good, meds are so expensive. It's awesome that they were able to get the co pays down. That adds up. Are the new meds helping? How was your weekend?
I don't get the new meds until Wednesday the 22nd, but they should bring my numbers down and ease my breathing difficulties. My weekend was full of incredibly bullshit drama that ended up costing me about $125 and endless mental anguish. I will survive of course, just not a real happy camper right now.
