Fun, Frivolity and The Question of the Day!

Indian Summer

Boy, I sure packed a lot into yesterday. It was fairly exciting with all the hubbub surrounding the takeover, there were scads of corporate types around making sure the store looked perfect to start the day. There were balloons and people everywhere and the customers got into the spirit of celebration especially after the ribbon cutting when we started passing out cake to everyone. There were also double deliveries going on at the same time as everyone is delivering enough stock to last the weekend because they are taking off. I have stock stacked in places I did not know I had. We (A, G and I) were evaluating employees and will continue over the next couple of weeks where the ones we want will shine and the ones we don't will work themselves out the door to be replaced by staff of our choosing. The furor finally died down around noontime just in time for the lunch rush. I managed to escape for a couple of hours around 2 with Gal Pal to pick out a TV and stand over at her work place, which is a thrift shop supporting Disabled American Veterans. I found a great TV and stand for $70. We got the TV loaded in the car, got it home and promptly paid the maintenance man 5 bucks to carry it upstairs so I would not have to. Isn't that what hot, strong young men are around for? After we got the TV upstairs I went back to the store to get a look at the evening shift in action for a little while with A before returning home around 6. I wound down a little bit while getting some work done on the Internet for the store before crashing completely around 9.

I have another busy day ahead of me at the store as well as having the cable company come out to install. Thanksgiving would not be Thanksgiving around my place without the Cowboy game. Then in the afternoon I have to take a state certification test so I will know not to sell cigs or alcohol to minors (like I did not know that already, I do not have $500 to give the state for the privilege, lol). After that has fried my brain (what contact with state government does not?) then I get to go home to relax . I did get up an hour early so I can work in a phone call to Will before going to work. We are chatting right now on Skype as I put this post together, multi-tasking anyone? It is really hard to type when you are laughing your ass off. But what are friends for? Now I have a few uninterrupted minutes to enjoy our time together before getting ready for another exciting, full to the brim day of activities sure to keep me hopping all day and into the evening. Here is a video Will turned me on to, it is the main theme from the video game The Legend of Dragoon entitled If You Still Believe:

Now that brings us to the question of the day: Which one of these Hump Day Hunks do you want to have your way with? Leave your choice in the comments. Until next time as always, Enjoy!

I was going to go with #4, with a side of #11 because I love horses and that is just a really adorable picture, but then I saw the guy in the white shirt and black dress pants, and that was it for me. I think he's #34, but don't quote me on that. I kept losing count.

What a sweet. Little. Thing. I love pretty, pretty boys.
