Issues

I have been conspicuously absent from these pages for the last couple of day for which I must apologize.  However, I was having issues that took me some little bit of time with which to deal.  In Wednesday's post I chronicled the options given to me by my present apartment complex in regards to this health hazard of a unit where I currently reside.  I also told you about our prospective new home.  When I was speaking with the Property Manager at our prospective new home, I explained my entire situation and was led to believe that while there were no guarantees, she did not see a problem with us getting our application approved.  It turns out that my application was declined for the very same reason I was led to believe would not affect my approval.  Now I am still stuck in this unit which is injurious to the health of both Will and I, in a complex which obviously wants us to move as quickly as possible and as yet without a new domicile into which to move.

Six years ago this July, I had a Transient Ischemic Attack which is essentially a mild stroke.  I spent 5 days in the hospital and missed an additional week of work while recovering.  I related my little adventure in this post with the video narrative I have posted below this paragraph for those of you who wish to know the whole story.  Because  my last employer did not offer health insurance benefits as part of my employment package, that little adventure generally fucked my finances.  I fell behind on my rent, the complex where I was living at the time refused to work with me to catch up on the rent, adding $50 a day to the amount due, making it impossible to catch up.  They evicted me, which cause a move to the less than desirable but affordable complex where we resided until we moved into this complex last year.  I explained all this to our prospective landlord who said they only were concerned with the last 3 years.  Since this event was 6 years ago, my expectation was approval with an increased deposit.  What I got was rejection which tripped my bi-polar switch sending me spiraling down into a depressive episode from which I had to recover, thus my absence from these pages for the last couple of days.

For now, our search continues, however it is looking more and more like we will be here until the first of May rather than being able to move by the first of April.  While disappointing, it is not the end of the world and I am sure that we will find a suitable new residence in as timely a manner as is possible.  Meanwhile, life goes on....

Your Saturday at the Symphony this week continues our exploration of the complete Symphony cycle of Ludwig von Beethoven with classic recordings  of performances by the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Hans Schmidt-Isserstedt.  Here at Nichevo is Symphony Number 3, Opus 55 while over on my tumblr is Symphony Number 4, Opus 60.

On display below today's video is another scintillating sampling of sexy studs who are Naked or Nearly So while over on my tumblr is your Hottie of the Day!.  Thanks for sharing a part of your weekend with me, see you again on Monday for another week of Music, Men and More!  Until next time as always, Enjoy!
