There was a rally yesterday on the steps of the Utah State Capital in Salt Lake City in support of Marriage Equality and Judge Shelby's Ruling called the 'Let It Stand' rally. At the rally a petition containing 58,000 pro-equality signatures was delivered to Governor Herbert's office. The most eloquent spokesman at the rally was 12 year old Riley Hackford-Peer who has two moms that have been together for 17 years. His dream was to see his moms legally married in Utah which came true during the short window before the SCOTUS stay of Judge Shelby's ruling. With his brother at his side, he spoke emotionally from his heart with this message for Governor Herbert:
