I must offer a sincere apology for not getting a regular post up yesterday. However, after working from 4 AM to 1 PM and finally arriving home from taking Will to the doctor at 5 PM, I was totally exhausted. This left me no choice except to surrender to my pillow and head off into nap land. In order to compensate some what for not putting up a proper post, I have a couple of hours of great Music and a double dose of muscly Men posted below. I would hope this meets with your approval.

As I mentioned above, your Musical Moment for today features the Music of Johann Sebastian Bach with his complete set of Sonatas for Violin and Obbligato Harpsichord. Included in the play list are Sonatas No. 6, No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, Continuo Sonata in E minor, Continuo Sonata in G major and Sonata No. 4, No. 5, and No. 6 with Viola de Gamba.
