A Very Real TGIF Moment...

It was a fairly stressful week at work, therefore I am really glad that Friday is upon us.  For once it really is a very real TGIF moment when I finally reached home base this morning.  Thankfully one of my long time customers gave me a book this morning with a nice little bud of some medicinal herb that has helped to take the edge off.  That and I am also previewing tomorrow's Musical Moment that will follow in the little bit of a Vivaldi kick I have been on all week. He is after all one of my most favorite of the Italian baroque composers.  However that is for tomorrow.  Today's Musical Moment also features the concerti musical format that we have been listening to all week.  Today we change instrument to the Oboe from the Bassoon of the last two days.  Included in today's play list are Concerto in C major, RV 447; Concerto in F major, RV 455; Concerto in C major, RV 451; Concerto in A minor, RV 463; Concerto F major, RV 457; Concerto in D major, RV 453 and Concerto in C major, RV 450.  Today's stellar performance is by Alfredo Bernardini on the Oboe and Conducting the Zefiro Ensemble from this CD.  

Following another tradition her at Nichevo on Fridays, I have gathered an exquisite collection of the hale and hardy, sensual to sexual, vintage to up to the moment with a touch of romance and making of love all of whom are Naked or Nearly So.  There is nothing so relaxing as some headphones cranking some of Vivaldi's greatest work for tomorrow's instrument of choice while selecting the subtle yet seductive subjects or objects of desire to share with you my loyal readers.  

Therefore, rather than bitch about the crappy week I had, we all sit around enjoying the immense beauty of these masculine objects d'arte while listening to some of the world's greatest music, IMHO. One other note of great joy before I go, Minnesota's House passed the Marriage Equality bill sending it on to the Minnesota Senate in a 75-59 vote yesterday.  The Senate could take it up as soon as Monday and Minnesota's Governor has said he will sign it.  We could see state number 12 added to he Marriage Equality family as soon as next week.
