Winners, News of Note, Music and Men

I hope you guys enjoyed yesterday's 'A conversation with Bailey Bradford' as much as I did.  If you missed yesterday's post and want to read a what this fascinating  lady author had to say then click on the link above and check it out.  We also have winners in the drawing for the two books by Bailey.  The winner of 'Chaps and Hope' is LooseCanon1 and the winner of 'Leopard Spots: Levi' is Tekikat.  I have LooseCanon1's email already, but if Tekikat will get me their email address either in a comment or at gerrym0527@gmail.com, I will have Bailey get your book right out to you.

There doesn't seem to be a lot going on in the world, but there are a couple of things I would like to note.  The first is the historic action of 75  prominent Republicans who have filed an Amicus brief with the Supreme Court supporting the striking down of Prop 8 which outlaws Marriage Equality in California.  More and more Republicans are seeing the light that Marriage Equality is the right thing to do, and it is about damn time, don't you think?  The other thing I would like to mention is somewhat less historic, but interesting all the same.  I ran into this article on AlterNet.org, 9 Fascinating Things You May Not Know About The Penis, which is really just a few fun and unusual facts that anyone with a penis might like to know.

For your Musical Moment for today, I am sticking with the first symphony theme this week. Today's selection, recorded at a January 2010 Sunday Morning Concert at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, is Symphony Number 1 by Johannes Brahms.  This performance is by the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Edward Gardner.   Immediately following the video is this week's tremendous line up of Tuesday's Temptations for you to peruse and cruise on your way down the page.  Thanks for spending part of your day here at Nichevo, see you again tomorrow.  Until next time as always, Enjoy!

Hello this is kinda of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use
WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML.

I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding expertise so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!

Here is my web site: pakerice

I use bloggers WYSIWYG templates. They are easy to use and completely customizeable. I use their simple template which I have customized with my own choices for colors and backgrounds. Write from the heart and you will do well!

Howdy! Do you know if they make any plugins to safeguard against hackers?

I'm kinda paranoid about losing everything I've worked hard on.
Any tips?

Hello! I know this is kinda off topic however , I'd figured I'd ask.
Would you be interested in exchanging links or maybe guest authoring a
blog article or vice-versa? My blog addresses a lot of
the same topics as yours and I think we could greatly benefit from each
other. If you might be interested feel free to shoot me an
e-mail. I look forward to hearing from you! Fantastic
blog by the way!
