I haven't got anything that I really want to expound upon this morning, so I thought I would just give you lots of good music from my favorite composer written for my favorite instrument and a few great looking guys to help you over the weekday hump and headed for the weekend. In the play list for today are the 9 Sonatas for Cello and Basso Continuo by Antonio Lucio Vivaldi in an excellent recording by Jaap Den Linden on Cello and Lars Ulrik Mortensen on Harpsichord. The sonatas are Number 1 in B Flat Major; Number 2 in F Major; Number 3 in A Minor; Number 4 in B Flat Major; Number 5 in E Minor; Number 6 in B Flat Major; Number 7 in G Minor; Number 8 in A Minor; and Number 9 in E Flat Major; RV39-RV47. The run time is over 90 minutes of very mellow cello to accompany whatever it is you happen to be doing around the computer. While listening you can scroll down the page to peruse the excellent examples of Random Hotness lounging about the page for your appreciation. Thanks for spending part of your day with me, see you again tomorrow. Until next time as always, Enjoy!
