Happy Monday all! As I was driving in to work last night I heard a really beautiful piece of music. It had not ended when I arrived at work, so I just sat in the car until it finished. I always arrive a little early so there was no danger of being late. I thought you guys might like to hear this piece of music so I went searching for it on You Tube and found it. The version I heard last night was performed by Yo Yo Ma which I found a version on You Tube by him but I liked the version I have posted below even better. The piece is Elegy by Gabriel Faure and the video features Julian Lloyd Webber on Cello and Peter Pettinger on Piano. I think you will really like Julian's interpretation.
