It has been one bitch of a morning around here, you could say it has been a real Monday for sure. It all started with a fiery crash that shut the freeway down between the exit for my store and the one before it to the west. The store is three blocks south of the freeway and we could see the fireballs above the tree line, it looked like the whole neighborhood northwest of the store was on fire. Needless to say the traffic was a muddled mess for hours in all directions around the store. To add to that already stressful situation, I discovered I had a flat tire for no discernible reason when I got off after working an hour over my shift. I still have not figured out why it went flat unless someone purposely let the air out to fuck with me. This being rent week means a new tire (if such is needed) or repair of the one I have on top of Will's Game Fly subscription , car inspection, laundry and groceries simply does not have a place in the budget. On top of all of that stress and BS, the blog this feature of Picasa3 is not working correctly to upload my photo selections to Blogger. So all the prep work I did yesterday for today's post was wasted effort. I uploaded the photos for today using the insert photo button in the post editor of Blogger, but I find that process to be a bit cumbersome as compared to the ease with which Picasa3 usually works. To say I am a little stressed and annoyed at this point would be a gross understatement. So I am taking a deep breath and preparing to cruise though this week's edition of Monday's Undies to take my mind off of things for a little while before I go back to being "super Gerry" and tackling the world of shit I got going on this week.
