"Rainbow After the Storm - Toronto"
I went to the reunion on Saturday with equal parts fear and anticipation, but despite my fears, a good time was had by all. There was no tension once Lou Ann and I arrived and we just got into the reminiscing. I say old band mates and ran into Robert who scared the shit outta me way back when while I was riding in his 69 Mustang GT. I found I was a bigger heart breaker in school than I ever realized when Pat Torres told me she had a crush on me Sophomore year. I danced with her and her husband took a picture of us together so all ended well there. We ate massive amounts of Mexican food and danced the night away to music from "our era". It really surprised me how many people had wondered about me and remembered me so fondly. That made me feel really good about attending. There were notable people not in attendance but I did not lack for remembrances. They had pictures of everyone from back then, and I looked impossibly young and skinny. I did not remember me as such, but others apparently did and commented about how they remembered me. I have posted some photos from the event below followed by this weeks edition of Monday's Undies. All told, it was a great weekend that I would not mind repeating. Until next time as always, Enjoy!
