Calm After The Storm

"Coast and Storm,
Neist Point, Scotland"

Uncle is feeling better this morning, but I am not yet out of the woods, so to speak, yet the storm has passed out to sea. I went back to JPS yesterday (under my own power this time!) for the follow up to my little adventure of Tuesday night. My blood pressure is still elevated at 159 over 68and I have gained about 20 pounds to 195.6 pounds in the last month. Seems like I am eating all the time now. So I have4 to grab control of that, increase my exercise, cut down on my salt and smoking, according to Dr Tran. I can do numbers one and two, but three will be hard to accomplish. I am going to add a walking routine around my complex which is on a hill side and there is a pool outside my back door where I can get a little swimming in to boot. The salt part is easy, all I have to do is put away the salt shaker as will does not eat salt, and with the shaker out of sight, it will be out of mind. Unfortunately it will be lonely walk as Will would be hard pressed to get around the complex with his knee condition. I must do what I must, got too many things to live for, you know?

I have finally started writing my book and will develop it on a private blog, "Reflections of a Life Well Lived". Any of you who have some authorship experience can contact me for an invitation so you can perhaps offer your insight and inspiration there, but it will not be open to the general public until such time it is ready for publication. I have wanted to do this for many years, but Tuesday's adventure added some motivation to go ahead and get it done. I will continue to post here so you have no worries on that point, but the archives of Nichevo will be invaluable in the writing of "Reflections".

I have lots of video for you today with parts two and three of Scenic Boys Mt ST Helens adventure and a four part episode of Tyra where she has str8 guys who are Gay for Pay. This of course is followed by some Friday Night Fantasies to desire and inspire. Until Next time as always, Enjoy!
