So Gerry got called into work last night, so yours truly will be taking over. I am sorry to say that there won't be any eye candy today. It will instead be a rant about how he is being treated at work and how close I am to cracking some skulls. I have had enough of the way he is being treated. I will no longer sit idly by while he is being walked all over by people who are SUPPOSED to be his friends. As you know way back when, his friend Amal asked him to write the business plan to franchise the 7-11 for which he paid him 200 bucks to do so. The business plan was approved by 7-11 and thus A gathered all the capital to buy the store. The deal was that since Gerry wrote the plan he would be brought on as one of the managers and be paid 500 salary but the reality is very different. Instead of being a manager he is a glorified cashier he knows nothing about the finances of the store. They don't tell him shit is what he says. More and more I get angry about his work situation. He is working more than is legal sometimes in this state. In this state it is illegal to work past 12 hour shifts without a period of at least 8 hours to go home and relax and not work. Today he will be working a 20 hour shift. Pist doesn't even begin to describe how mad I am. My rage and fury at this situation is very deep. Let me also just say that the FDA would have a field day with this store and so would 7-11 corporate because they are not using approved chemicals and stuff to clean because they are cheap. This store is a testament to the cheap and money hungry. Personally I only think A keeps Gerry around because his store won't run without him at all. Not only does Gerry work illegal hours but he is also not making salary like he should. Let me state what salary is. Salary as defined by the dictionary. Noun-a fixed payment at regular intervals for services, esp. when clerical or professional. Well Mr. A obviously doesn't know wtf salary is because if Gerry misses some days at work he doesn't get 450 a week. He makes = to what he works which is NOT salary. This REALLY just grinds my gears because G makes more than he does and if he isn't at work his fucking pay isn't docked. They discriminate against him because he is gay and white. Its not openly out there but its there. Its fucking bullshit. Like for example G is not going to be at work today because he doesn't feel well and wah wah. Gerry pours his heart and soul into that fucking store and they treat him like shit. If it weren't for Gerry's business plan there wouldn't be a damn store in the first place. In reality that is Gerry's store. He wrote the plan, it was approved, the only thing he didn't have was the capital. I will not stand for this bullshit any longer. Gerry buddy I'm here for you and I got your back. There I hope that this clues you readers in to what has REALLY been going on behind the scene in the life of the man behind the blog.
