Progress and The Weekend

"Perspective"

For all the chaos that was Wednesday, Thursday ran like a dream. I came in to a clean store and the crew worked really hard to keep it that way all day. Even our least capable crew member showed some signs of being something other than a speed bump to progress. I was able to exit the store while the sun still shined and was able to finally make a trek to the grocery store when A loaned me his car for the trip. I arrived home, got dinner organized and chatted with Will for a some time while putting this post together. All in all a very pleasant winter's day. We can see real progress on a daily basis. We have some fresh talent beginning today to add to the mix. Should be a quite fun weekend. Maybe I will even get my scheduled Sunday off. (one can hope) Stranger things have happened, just not lately. I'm not bitching, merely hoping I get a whole day of rest some time soon to catch my breath. As it is I am growing sleepy as I sit at my keyboard trying to be witty. So I guess I shall just gather together this week's sizzling edition of Friday Night Fantasies and be done with it.
