"Amsterdam, NL"
Only one day left in this year after today. It has been such an eventful year I almost hate to see it go but I am anxious to see what the new year will bring us. One thing we should all be grateful for is the end of George's term of office. Here's hoping he crawls back under the rock he came from and leaves us alone for the rest of our lives. Other signs are more positive such as the Inauguration of Barack Obama as the 44th President, even with that idiot Rick Warren proselytizing at the beginning, the end result is George is gone and Barack is on. It will be put up or shut up time and we shall see what we got for all our money and hard work. That is just in the first 20 days of the new year. By this time next year I would like to see the Matthew Shepard Bill and a trans inclusive ENDA signed into law and Prop 8 on its way to repeal. This will not be an easy task but it is entirely doable if we keep up the pressure and hold Obama to his words as well as rattling the cages of Congress every chance we get. 2009 has a lot of potential, let's all work to make it an even better year than 2008.
I am not in a particularly verbose mood this morning so I will simply move on to this week's collection of Tuesday Temptations to please the eye and soothe the soul. Until next time as always, Enjoy!
