I spent most of yesterday catching up with friends and getting some much needed rest. I am converting my body clock from midnights to days which means I am waking and sleeping at unusual times causing some disorientation upon awakening. I soon figure it out, realizing I am in a different hotel room in a different state than just a couple of days ago. I have tried to make sure to be at least semi awake when Will is off so we can get in a phone conversation. I must apologize to him for being grumpy at 4 AM this morning, I was not fully cognizant as I was at the tail end of some sleepy meds and not at my best. I do enjoy our phone conversations, I look forward to them on a daily basis. We will have to work out a time to talk after my schedule gets settled. Will works from 4PM to 1 AM which was great when I was doing the audit as we would chat for hours while he gamed and I gathered the data together for the daily report and get the new day started. I am sure we will work it out so we can still chat and BS on a regular basis.
Moving on, I am going to visit my old boss today from before I started Nichevo. She is the one that taught me how to run a store which gave me the knowledge base to write the business plan for the franchise granted to my buddy. So in a very real way she has played a big part in my return to Texas and my present opportunity to succeed. To visit her, I have to catch the train at the grand old T & P Terminal. I found my camera, so I will get some pics for you guys. So now I am off to visit her and catch up on old times. I did manage to find some few photos in my archives which might be of interest to you in this weeks edition of Hump Day Hunks. Until next time as always, Enjoy!
