....while uploading the photos for the Monday's Model Men segment of today's post. Picasa was uploading fine and then it quit uploading properly when I was down to the last 8 or 9 photos. Picasa would go through the motions but would not actually post them. I have had times before when the Blog This feature would freak out, so after about 6 or 8 tries and two restarts, I decided on another tactic. I tried using the post editor's add image feature which did not work either, but it did reveal to me the source of the problem. I have uploaded so many photos I have reached my initial limit for photo storage and so Picasa would not upload because there was no room. I purchased additional storage as I did not want to delete any of the posts in the archives and voila away we went uploading without problems. It would have been nice if Picasa had somehow notified me I had reached my limit. However, in the finest tradition of the Evil Empire and their fellow conspirators, Google likes to make things as tedious as possible to accomplish what should be a simple task. Anyway, I did manage to get all the photos I wanted uploaded but now I have forgotten what I was going to write about. See what stress does to you on a Monday morning?
