Wow, is it midweek already? My how time flies when you are having fun. WS and I solved his logistical problems concerning his transition back to Omaha. The major challenge was his bike which according to bus regs had to be boxed. Not a biggie until you look for a box and/or try to disassemble a modern multi-speed mountain bike sans tools of any kind. However you look at it, bicycles are not the easiest things to put in a box. WS ended up having a custom box made at U Haul ($15.00) and yesterday we assembled the box on the front lawn with all parts and a couple other things inside. We used a whole roll of packing tape on that one box but that sucker ain't gonna fall out or get hurt unless the bus runs over it. The taxi driver that arrived to take him to the bus station was somewhat dismayed at the large box and charged a $10.00 cargo fee. So we got WS on the road to the next part of his life's journey, I hope he enjoyed our time together as much as I did. Farewell my friend and safe travel. I will miss your presence but I will see you on Messenger and MySpace.
Today is Wednesday of course and as it is the second Wednesday of May, it is Rider Appreciation Night at Classics as well as the usual Karaoke so things should be hopping around here tonight. The parking lot will look like a custom motorcycle show and all will have a good time. With the weekend's upcoming tournaments, I do not foresee any break in the action any time soon. Remembering that next weekend is RiverFest and Memorial Day, we also have a large wedding and a family reunion that weekend. So, your Uncle is going to have his hands full for the next couple of weeks just taking care o f business. It is so much more fun working at a busy hotel that has really nice rooms and a friendly atmosphere. Life around a hotel has its moments without a doubt just like any other business but it is more often than not a heckuva lot of fun of which to be a part.
We have fun for you today in the video aisle also. First up is Improv Anywhere with their Food Court Musical. Then we get dramatic for a moment as we get the Nial update from Holly Oaks parts One and Two. And we finish off with romance as we have the latest episode from our bois at ATWT, Noah and Luke. This post of course would not be complete without today's selection for the eye candy section which follow close on the heels of the bois of Nuke. Until next time as always, Enjoy!
