Thursday Journal

I was reminded by a friend of Nichevo in an email of an element he felt was missing from Nichevo in the recent makeover. In as much as my writings here serve not only as a catharsis for me but also as a port in the storm of life for many who visit here, I have added a little something to the sidebar. You will find just below the Song Spot a photo under the title of Port Of Call featuring photos of a geographic nature which I will make an effort to change on a weekly basis. The photo this week is of Prague in the Czech Republic. As not all the photos on my hard drive are of men (I do collect photos of exotic locations also) I should be able to provide you with various ports of call to remind us all that life is indeed a journey that takes us many places. BTW, the photo at the head of this post is of Lake McDonald in Glacier National Park in Montana, while not necessarily a port it is a destination I would like to visit one day.

It was warm here in NLR today so I got out a little bit to walk around and get some exercise and sunshine. You can definitely tell spring is coming as there is a freshness in the air after the recent cold snap and snowfall. I did not go anywhere specific, just was out to stroll around. I will be making more of an effort to do that in the coming weeks as part of my efforts to streamline my body somewhat. I have begun to trim a inch or two here and there since arriving which is a good thing. While trapped in the malaise of the last few months I had a tendency to veg out in my room and eat a lot which caused some weight gain that I am now trying to rid myself of. As spring progresses into summer I will be making a conscious effort to get out and about as well as utilize the fitness center here at the hotel in order to achieve a more ideal weight. I am not a tall man so every pound that I gain or lose does have an effect on my appearance as there is no place to effectively hide it.

While the Nuke boys have not been in evidence lately there is still a lot going on across the pond in the Village of Holly Oaks so I have yesterday and today's episodes posted for you just below this paragraph. I really do wish ATWT would get off the schnide and let Luke and Noah progress to a little more intimacy in their relationship. After all everyone else on show is hoping from bed to bed and kissing up a storm, I do not see why two healthy young men in love would not be exhibiting at least some desire to take the next step, maybe a romantic encounter in the woods by Snyder Pond would be in order here, are you listening CBS?

Wednesday night is karaoke night at the club here in the hotel and as it was last week, it once again looked like the lesbian lounge instead of a nominally straight bar. I swear I have not seen this many lesbians in one place since I last visited Sue Ellen's in Dallas. So for you ladies that like ladies in this area, drop by on Wednesday nights and you will find plenty of companionship. Now if I could just get the club to feature a go go boy contest or drag show to bring in some studly young men I just might have to have a drink or two to peruse the crowd. Speaking of studly young men I have some fine examples in the eye candy section for you to pick and chose from to feed your fantasies. Until next time as always, Enjoy!

I need to get my ass into a better
shape than just 'out of'.

I'm glad you're walking places though. You should get a bike too.

a bike trail.

Just remember, I loves ya no matter
what!
