George, Jason, Rodney & Pretty Boys

I am amazed that I have had constant internet access for two whole days now without interruption. Maybe my problems are behind me, but only time will tell. I have caught up on my email and the news now as well as some old friends I have been unable to contact any other way. It is really great to be in touch with the world again although I have had no further word on Mike's condition, I am assuming no news there is good news.

Speaking of news, I read in the Stars and Stripes, the military newspaper, of more of George's hypocrisy in the current travesty in the middle east. It seems that a gay linguist who was discharged in 2004 has been recalled to duty and sent to Kuwait for intelligence duty. I guess now that George is desperate for bodies for his war, it is all right to be gay. We are good enough to die but not good enough to live with out fear. George has reiterated his support for DA/DT while at the same time recalling gays discharged in critical specialties are being recalled. What a crock! The one time discharged soldiers and sailors are to be commended for their devotion to duty to a country whose administration is so full of s*** , subterfuge, and lies. You can read the story about Petty Officer Jason Knight (as in shining armor?) here. I loved Sean Penn's comment about administration official's on Bill Maher the other night "they should be in f***ing jail!" in reference to Dick, Condi, Tenet among others. I wonder how much longer these guys will stay out of jail or in office as more and more BS comes to light and the quagmires in Iraq and Afghanistan get muddier and murkier. I also found a picture that illustrates George's attitude towards anyone that disagrees with him over at Americablog that I thought summed up his inadequacies quite well.
It just goes to show you the limits of his intelligence and how little he really cares about anyone but himself and his band of buddies. I would return his sentiments in kind but I would probably get arrested for threatening the bodily safety of the POTUS. I will certainly be glad when someone other than he fills the office. I hope it will be someone who can restore some integrity and dignity to both the office and our country in the eyes of the world. I would really like to be a fly on the wall in his office if Barack or Hilary gets to take his place. I can just imagine his comments which would be unprintable on all but porn blogs as they would probably be filled with curses, blasphemy and multi-phobic slurs.

Meanwhile, hypocrisy reigns in my home town of Fort Worth at one of the high schools where officials have suspended again a transgendered teen for dressing as a girl while allowing girls to dress as boys. 15 year old sophomore Rodney Evans told the Dallas Morning News "When I try and do the whole cross-dressing thing, everything just blows up in my face," he said Friday. "I can't be who I am. They basically stripped me of who I am." His mother, Lenora Felipe, was quoted as saying "My son on a daily basis looks like a girl regardless of whether he is dressed up or not," Ms. Felipe said. "People keep on saying he's not being normal. Yes, he is," she said. "That's his life." I still maintain that the transgendered are the bravest among us as they have so much s*** to deal with on a daily basis it makes us run of the mill gays look like we have a cakewalk. You can read the whole story here.

Well it is getting close to time for Heroes to come on, so I will post some eye candy to close out the post, watch Heroes before I go to work. Until next time, as always, Enjoy!
