I went to the doctor yesterday and she was well pleased with me. I am kinda pleased with myself also, my numbers are all in line and I have lost a total of 40 pounds (down from 205 to 165). I am now wearing the same size pants I did in high school for the first time in 40 years. Not bad for an olde farte, eh? Anyway, I am still having some issues with my bipolarity and depression, so they have set me up to talk with someone. They have a variety of therapy options which I will learn more about at the MH Orientation today at 2:30.
One of the offerings I am excited about is sailing therapy which I think would be right up my alley. I have been around the world twice on the ocean, but it has been a while since I have sailed anything. It is both exciting and relaxing to me and could provide me with a much needed relief valve for built up stress pressure. I will let you know what other things I discover of interest in a later post.
Right now let's get on to some good Music, shall we? Today I thought I would feature the Music of Richard Strauss (Also Sprach Zarathustra). Posted down below is his 'Tone Poem" Ein Heldenleben" (A Hero's Life) with a performance by the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Mariss Jansons and your Violin Soloist is Anton Barachovsky. Over on my tumblr, The Symphony Orchestra of Liechtenstein under Conductor Florian Krumpöck perform Strauss' Concerto for Oboe and Orchestra in D Major, AV144 featuring Ramon Ortega Quero as your Oboe Soloist.
Then I dialed up an eclectic mix of lithesome lads for this week's edition of Random Hotness posted down below. The photos get progressively hotter on the way down the page, so be sure to check 'em out. Over on my tumblr the always sizlin & sexy Todd Sanfield is your Hottie of the Day!. Thanks for the visit, see you again soon. Until next time as always, Enjoy!
