After a long, wet weekend, events have conspired to delay my arrival in these pages today until now. I was going to rant a little about the some nefarious doings down in the TX Legislature, but I will save that for another day when I have more time. I still need to get some rest before truck night so I am heading straight into the Music and the Men.
Your Featured composer today is Luigi Boccherini. Boccherini is in that trio of Italian Baroque Composer I love so well, Boccherini, Corelli and Vivaldi. I woke up in a Baroque mood and Luigi beat out Antonio and Arcangelo for today anyway. I have Boccherini's String Quintets, Opus 27 posted for you down below.
