Craptastic!

Yesterday was not a good day.  In Austin Governor-elect Fuckhead was sworn into office sending that fucking idiot Rick Perry riding off into the sunset.  Hopefully never to be heard from again.  We might as well all bend over and grease up, 'cause a good fucking is a coming for one and all in Texas.

I had to work during the State of the Union Address so I missed the only good thing that happened yesterday.  About an hour into my shift, the boss calls me up.  He opens the conversation with "We have a situation" so I knew I was in for it then.  It seems our night guy decided to quit without notice.  The end result being I worked my regular shift and then the overnight shift on truck night by myself.  Of course the grocery truck had a few totes on it and the normal assortment of boxes and repack candy and snacks.  The big stuff all went up fairly easily.  It was when I got to the totes I ran into the sticky wicket.  Normally the totes are not too full of items to put up, however as with all things yesterday,  things were just craptastic.  These totes were all crammed to the brim with all sorts of 'crap'.  Every one of them.  Someone went wild with the frozen food order, you could not have crammed one more item into any one of the four big totes I had.

I busted my ass all night long and by the time the boss got there in the morning, the store was clean and ready and there was only about half a tote full of stuff yet to be put up.  So I headed home for some much deserved rest.  After a little bit to chill, I went to bed for some serious nappage, which is why the postings are so late in the day today.  I still feel like my body wants to divorce me for working it so hard, but that will pass in time.  If it don't kill me first, lol.

To brighten the day for all of us, Your Musical Moment features the Music of Antonio Vivaldi.  The play list is comprised of 8 Concerti for Transverse Flute including Numbers RV 432, 436, 429, 440, 533, 438, 427 and 431.  Today's performance is by Academia Montis Regalis under the baton of Soloist Barthold Kuijken.  You may also hear Vivaldi's Concerto for Sopranino Recorder in C Major, RV 443 over on my tumblr.  While you're there, be sure to check out the Hottie of the Day!  Thanks for sticking around 'til I got here.  See you agian soon.  Until next time as always, Enjoy!
