Still Waiting

I still have not received a reply to my latest email to Myan Properties regional manager Sandee Garrett.  I discovered that it is channel 4 not channel 5 that has the 'on your side' segment on the news.  I will be calling them this afternoon between shifts (I have to work 11-1 and 5-11) to ratchet up the heat on them.  Let's see if they want to have their shenanigans exposed through the media as the crap games they are.  I am willing still to take them to court if the trial by media thing does not bring results.  However I think if faced with a ton of bad publicity, it would be better for them if they just gave the deposit back.  Then there is the matter of  the credit report records.  Having to admit to the court that this was a wrongful suit to get it removed may be a bit of a sticky wicket for them, but that is not my concern.  They opened this can of worms, but I will be the one that catches the fish.
