I have yet to hear anything further from Sandee @ Myan. I really do hope she does not think I am just going to go gently into that good night and disappear. She would have another think coming if she does. I called the channel 4 guy, but he is out of the office until next week. However the lady I spoke with on the phone, gave me some numbers to Legal Aid so that I could see about retaining an attorney. Unfortunately, their lawyers are only there on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so I will have to call them on Monday. This is going to get interesting before it is all over. It may take a little time, but they are not going to get me to go away cheaply, that's for sure. I will keep you posted on my progress as we go along. Now for the good stuff!
Your Friday Musical Moment features the Violin Concerto Number 3 in E Major by Nicolo Paganini. The performance today is by Soloist Salvatore Accardo accompanied by the London Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Charles Dutoit. You may also hear these same artist's performance of Paganini's Violin Concerto Number 4 over on my tumblr. Immediately following the video is an eclectic mix of virility and sensuality that is all set to inspire a Friday Night Fantasy or two as you slowly cruise down the page. Additional fantasy inspiration may be found in the Hottie of the Day! over on my tumblr. Thanks for making my day by stopping in for a visit, see you again soon. Until next time as always, Enjoy!

What utter bullshit. I hope she stops being so obnoxious and does the right thing for your sake, but part of me wants them dragged through court, having to shell out more money for legal fees and restitution. Still, it'd be easier on you if they'd just stop it.
You are so right. If they would have done the right thing in the first place and just returned my deposit, this whole thing could have been avoided. But, no, they wanna play games, let's see who wins in the end.
And they aren't just playing games, the credit shit is really messed up. That's a way to ruin someone nowadays.
