Russias's Rabid Dog

All of the redneck, homophobic assholes I have met in my lifetime combined cannot hold a candle to the horror and stupidity of the following statement broadcast on "Rossiya 1′s top news show — which airs all across Russia every two hours":

"I think that just imposing fines on gays for homosexual propaganda among teenagers is not enough. They should be banned from donating blood, sperm. And their hearts, in case of the automobile accident, should be buried in the ground or burned as unsuitable for the continuation of life."

The statement above was spoken on the airwaves of Russian TV by none other than Russia's Rabid Dog, Deputy General Director of the Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, Dmitri Kisilev.  If this is the guy in charge of the most watched federal channel in Russia, then what hope does the LGBT community in Russia have of getting any accurate reporting on LGBT Civil Rights issues or the current state sanctioned violent and murderous pogroms being reported from across that nation.  This guy sounds so much like Goebbels dehumanizing the Jews for Hitler's propaganda purposes during the run up to WWII, will we next see the Swastika rather than the Hammer and Crescent flying above the Kremlin?  If Petit Czar Putin starts sporting a Hitler 'stache, how soon before we will see SS Stormtroopers sweeping up undesirables into concentration camps where they will die by the millions in the ovens of the new fascist state of Nazi Russia?

I think I am with President Obama in that all our athletes, straight, Gay, or otherwise should go to the Sochi Olympics, kick ass, take names later, and show them up for the cravenly, cowardly yet brazen bullies they are.  I also think that the media in general and NBC in particular should shine the brightest searchlight available into the darkest secret recesses of Russia's rabid record of human rights abuses and state sanctioned hate crimes against their own people.  Evil this ugly must be exposed to the light of justice or surely the the next sound you hear will be the sound of the Russian nation imploding and crashing down upon itself from the shear stupidity of their actions.  

Now on to something to wash the taste of this vulgar mess out of my mouth....
