I am an honorable man and my weekend was certainly full of events that could cause one to dive into a spiraling depression or motivate one to steel ones resolve to overcome those whose only wish is to strap me on a barrel and fuck me without mercy. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for my now ex-employer, As I reported in a post last week, I gave my now ex-employer a two week notice of my intent to vacate my position in his employ. He agreed (if only to my face) to work with my new employer to share my services over the next two weeks. My first scheduled day at his store was to be on the midnight shift last night. When I arrived at work, my co-workers gave me a funny look. I asked why they were looking at me that way and I was told that the boss told everyone that I quit. He failed to mention that I did give him a two week notice of my intent. I was listed nowhere on the posted schedule, so I call the boss up and queried him on this. Lie number 1: "oh I meant to send you a text this afternoon, but it is still on my phone. We will be alright, go on home" or and BTW "come by on Tuesday to sign a contract for the money you owe me on the car". Number one, he never intended to be an honorable man, but his stock in trade is lies and obfuscations so I really should have expected another dick move from him. When I gave him my notice on Thursday, we discussed the money I owe him and my intention to pay off the car when my SS Benefits got started. Lie Number 2: "I have waited all this time, I don't see why I cannot wait a couple of months more". Number two, although I have not had the opportunity to read the contract he mentioned, I do not believe he intends to produce said contract. Rather he expects me to drive the car over to him in order to repossess it, leaving me stranded on foot in the middle of the hood. Not going to happen. If he wants his damn care, he can come and recover it himself. I am not going to hand him the lube and condoms then bend over to willingly allow him to fuck me one more time. Number three, if indeed he could produce a contract, I very much doubt that there would be any terms that would be beneficial to me in any way. Beside the fact that I have always handled his correspondence and written his contracts and business plans for him be cause of my mastery and command of the English language. Number four, he still believes that I am just some stupid, grumpy old faggot who will let just anyone fuck him and say thank you for the experience. Wrong again, ASSHOLE! I absolutely refuse to allow him the privilege of abusing me one more time. In fact, I can be an asshole also. All I have to do is remove the parking sticker from the windshield, and Voila! The apartments will have it towed, I will mail him the keys, and he will have to pay a couple hundred dollars to get it back. He has never pressured me to pay on the car since I had my stroke, instead he has held me at the edge of poverty with wage and hours restrictions. His purpose, of course, has been and will forever be so that I would remain under his thumb, beholden to his 'good graces' for my transportation and livelihood. Once again, WRONG ASSHOLE.
I also told him when I gave him notice, that I would like to keep him as a friend and that I hoped this would be an amicable parting of our professional relationship. However, I no longer fit in with either his clientele nor his employees, the majority of which are his countrymen who are young and straight. You see, I had three strikes against me, I am Old, White and Gay! He wants me to accept whatever he dishes out, smile and take it like a man. So sorry to inform you, boss man, I may be old, white and Gay, but I am nowhere near as stupid as he believes me to be. I see his purpose, so I will raise him and call for the cards to hit the table. He believes he has a full house of 3 Aces and 2 Kings, when in actuality he has 3 assholes and 2 whores and a knife. I, myself, hold a Royal Flush and a 45. This is not a hand that he has any possibility of winning. He will either show his cards and lose the pot then stab me in the back on my way out the door with the winnings. I will show my cards, take the pot, then shoot him when he draws the knife. Win for me, loss for him. Just Deserts.
Because of his penchant for lies and obfuscation and his less than honorable intentions and actions, I will play by my rules and not his. He fails to realize that you do not royally piss off the Queen without expecting to find yourself tethered to a guillotine with the blade dropping faster than you can say 'Oh, Fuck!', I will park the car in a lot somewhere, mail him the keys, shake the dust of his village off my feet and walk away a far better man than he could ever even aspire to be. End of story, period, Amen. Fuck off and die!
I am actually responsible for the livelihood of both he and his brother because without having me create and perfect the business plans for the both the Lancaster Ave Franchise and the Waco Franchise he would have neither of them. I am also privy to enough unethical and illegal activities on the part of both he and his brother, to not only cause him to lose his franchises, but quite possibly be subject to heavy fines or incarceration for malfeasance, bribery and fraud. Go ahead Boss Man, give it your best shot, but expect to receive the double penetration without lube that you so richly deserve.
In the mean time, there is a bus that stops just outside the entrance that leads to my apartment location that will take me down Camp Bowie to my new store without having to transfer or walk any great distance to get to work. How I have survived without killing him the last four years is a total mind fuck to me. Yet I have survived, will continue to survive and will laugh heartily when he finds himself disfranchised, suffering the consequences of his multiple malfeasance and possibly facing jail time for his host of and participating in illegalities. When I begin to receive my SS Benefits, I can take $500 and purchase a good car at damn near any car lot in town. Again, Win for me, loss for him. I take the cake and he is left standing in MacArthur Park during a rainstorm. Sucks to be you, now, doesn't it?
I was extremely upset when I got home from not working last night, however, after taking to Bailey for a while, I am more resolved to push on to victory rather than concede to defeat. I am not beaten. I am not a victim. I will not burn either at the stake or in hell. I will survive. I will forever and always be a much better man than you and I will overcome any obstacle to my success you can throw in my path.
