The illusion of happily relaxing my way through the last portions of a 3 day weekend evaporated about 2 PM yesterday afternoon when the boss called, woke me up and told me he needed me to work last night. I always 'love' it when one of his favorite sons shits on him and I have to cover their ass. Last time I refused to do so (on Will's birthday), he punished me by making me take off one of my regular days giving me a short check that week. So I really did not have much of a choice but to show up for work. I hate working on Friday nights. Not only are we insanely busy with all the drunks, druggies, hoes, pimps, and assorted other nefarious no-good-niks along with an occasional bat shit crazy lunatic who do their best to exhibit all the finer qualities of their PHD in Stupidity and Sloth, we have 3-4 deliveries that all arrive after 2 AM. Last night it was 4 with the two largest deliveries arriving at the same time. So Friday nights are balls to the wall action from the get go. I managed to get all of my part done and have the store semi-prepared for a new business day by 6:15 so I could get out of there. I left my 'coworker', who has a tendency to be more 'co' than 'worker', to stew in his own shit to finish his part without me. I felt absolutely no guilt whatsoever, either. Enough of this rant, let's get to the good stuff!
I did not gather as many photographs this week as time seemed to be my enemy. I still managed to collect over 1300 photographs from which to sort, sift and choose for today's review. There are some excellent examples of the fine art of the male form in this collection with a little bit of something for most any type of man to whom you may be attracted. You will find these guys lounging about the page after the play list, all set for your leisurely scroll down the page to examine and appreciate them.
To accompany your cruise and peruse, I have a set of 6 Concerti for 3 Violins, Viola and Bass composed by Jean-Marie Leclair for your Saturday Musical Moment. Included in the play list are Concerto n. 1 for violin, strings and basso continuo in D minor, Concerto n. 2 for violin, strings and basso continuo in D major, Concerto n. 3 for flute (oboe or violin), strings and basso continuo in C major, dedicated to: Michel Blavet, Concerto n. 4 for violin, strings and basso continuo in F major, Concerto n. 5 for violin, strings and basso continuo in A minor and Concerto n. 6 for violin, strings and basso continuo in A major.
