Although my mood has brightened perceptibly from yesterday's darkness, I am not quite out of the woods yet. However, I shall endeavor to be as light hearted as I can given the events of this past weekend. I still will not go into detail, as the parties involved are privy to this blog and anything I say will be misconstrued and used as ammunition against me. That being said, there are those people in Oklahoma and Kansas who are suffering a greater loss than I and for that I should be grateful, and I am. Still, mental anguish from psychological bullying is not all that easy to slough off and forget, at least for me anyway. My heart goes out to those affected by the tornadoes to the north of me and I hope their recovery from these storms is accomplished quickly. The President is scheduled to make a statement regarding these storms this morning at 10 AM.
For your Musical Moment today, I am sticking with Vivaldi as a composer, but changing instruments to the Violin. Included in today's play list are Violin Concerti RV386 in B-minor, RV235 in D-minor, RV296 in F-major, RV258 in E flat - major and RV389 in B-minor. Today's performance is by the Venice Baroque Orchestra conducted by Andrea Marcon and featuring Giuliano Carminola on Solo Violin.
For your daily dose of man candy, I was not up for any specific theme during the selection process, so I ended up with some excellent examples of Random Hotness for you to cruise and peruse. Thanks for stopping by, see you again soon. Until next time as always, Enjoy!
