After a somewhat lengthy process that involved two trips to the clinic, I now have all the components to my new medicinal regimen proscribed by my doctor. There are 7 prescriptions plus a couple of over the counter additions in all. I was able to obtain vouchers for the co-pay on 5 of the medicines, so the out of pocket expense was only $20 for a three months supply of all of them. That price I can live with, believe me! It will be interesting to see if this new regimen improves my health indicators as we hope they will. The end result of the lengthy process was the fact that I did not get much rest before having to go to work. Luckily it was a short shift, however today is payday and so there are a lot of things I have to get done before I can call it a day and hit the sack. Ah, well, no rest for the wicked or weary, so I better just get used to it!
I am a little behind in my payday process also, I still have to plan the menu for the week and make my lists before I can begin to accomplish the shopping part of the chores and errands for the day. Let's hope I get it all done and get to hit the sack by noon so I can semi recover some of my "beauty sleep" as I know I need all of that I can get. So let's get to the music and the men so that I can be on my way and you guys can have a little bit of entertainment to amuse yourselves with.
For you Musical Moment for today, I ran across a two part 'best of ' classical mix put together by a Romanian Gamer that I found to my liking and thought you guys would like also. You will find a lot of the pieces to be familiar, even if you don't recognize the name of the piece or the composer, you will recognize the music. The play list for today's part one includes Albinoni - Adagio in g minor, Pachelbel - Canon in D major, Beethoven - Moonlight Sonata, Carlos Gardel - Por una cabeza, Dmitri Shostakovich - Waltz no 2, Eugen Doga - Grammofon, Gheorghe Zamfir - The Lonely Shepherd, Johann Strauss II - Vienna Blood Waltz, Johann Strauss II - Voices of Spring Waltz, Juventino Rosas - Over the Waves Waltz, Mozart - Rondo Alla Turca, Mozart - Symphony 40 No 1, Mozart - Lacrimosa, Nino Rota - Vito's Waltz, Nobuo Uematsu - Dance With the Balamb-Fish, Tchaikovsky - Sleeping Beauty Waltz, Tchaikovsky - Swan Lake Waltz, Tchaikovsky - Waltz of the Flowers and Mozart - Serenade No 13. the performers are not listed, however the music more than makes up for not knowing who is playing it.
For the men, I was in a denim kind of mood, so here is a bunch of muscly Men in Jeans for your visual appreciation. Thanks for spending part of your day here at Nichevo, see you again soon. Until next time as always, Enjoy!
