Maryland, Marriage, Music and Men

I have to work the morning shift today so I am posting a little earlier than usual.  The good news this morning comes from Maryland where the State Senate has approved the Marriage Equality bill sent up from the Legislature, sending it on to Governor O'Malley for his signature.  Governor O'Malley proposed the bill in first place, so he is sure to sign it into law making Maryland State #8 with full Marriage Equality effective in January 2013.  Already opponents are marshaling their forces to put it up for a referendum in November.  However all the polling data suggests the vote will go pro equality and against the bigots with more than 50% of the citizens of Maryland favoring Marriage Equality.  My hearty congratulations to all those who worked so hard to accomplish this, another step forward toward full Equality across America.

I am a little pressed for time, so I will move to the music and the men now.   For your listening pleasure I have two concerti by Swedish composer Gustaf Bengsston.  His Violin Concerto in B Minor (1941) performed by Tobias Ringborg with the Malmo Opera Orchestra conducted by Mats Rodin and his Cello Concerto in A Minor (1932) performed by Mats Rodin also with the Malmo Opera Orchestra this time conducted by Tobias Ringborg. Following the play list is a bevy of beautiful men that comprise this week's edition of Naked or Nearly So sure to inspire your desire.  Thanks for the visit, have a fabulous weekend.  Be sure to stop by tomorrow for this week's photographic review of the Best of the Web This Week.  Until next time as always, Enjoy!
