A Little This, A Little That

I worked an hour over both yesterday and today and as a result, I am sorta ragged today.  Lucky for me it is my day off and I can relax a while and catch up with myself.  I brought a project home for Will to work on, Sean's laptop which has been giving him problems.  Hopefully Will will be able to solve its ills and get it back to optimum performance.  Will loves a challenge so maybe this will keep him occupied for a while.  In the meantime, I will just surf around the Internet and leave him to his own devices.  

Remember I told you guys about my computer eating my porn collection?  Well, while getting a blank disk off the spindle I uncovered a back up copy of my porn files underneath the blank ones.  I now have copied them all back onto my hard drive and my entire collection is restored to its former glory.  Hmmmm... maybe I will spend a little time "reviewing" my collection, sounds good to me, he he!

I continue with my musical focus on the violin this week with today's videos by a young Australian violinist with remarkable talent.  The play list includes Winter from the Four Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi performed by Ray Chen and the Curtis Institute Symphony Orchestra and the first movement of Felix Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto in E minor, Op. 64 in the Closing Concert of the 2009 Queen Elisabeth International Violin Competition in Brussels. Chen was awarded first prize at the 2008 Yehudi Menuhin International Competition, the 2008/2009 Young Concert Artist's International Auditions and the 2009 Queen Elizabeth International Violin Competition.  I think you will agree with me that we will be hearing much more from young Mr Chen as he progresses in his career as a violin virtuoso.
