Monday Meanderings

Yesterday was a good day for the Dallas Cowboys as they had a near perfect offensive performance with the defense and special teams equally outstanding in a 44-7 trouncing of the Buffalo Bills.  To add to the joy, everyone else in the division lost, moving the Cowboys up to one game out of first place behind the New York Giants.  The 'Boys play the Giants twice in the last four weeks of the season, so their post season fate is in their own hands.    Maybe I will get to enjoy the playoffs this year for the first time in a long time.  My fingers are crossed in the hopes of such an outcome.  

Will and I had a cable tech come out again yesterday, and they replaced our modem which seems to have been the major source of our problems with sporadic internet access and frequent outages over the last few weeks.  Let's hope that our problems are in the past, as it has been truly frustrating trying to maintain an online presence when we could not get online.  The new modem is faster than the old one and has seemingly remedied the problems I was having with the blog this button in Picas3 as I used the blog this button to build in today's photos rather than the work around with a web album and the insert photo function in the post editor.  I have more options and flexibility this way.  It is also way more convenient for me also.   This week at the top of the blog I will be featuring some cool NASA photos, most taken with the Hubble telescope. 

I thought I would do something a little different with the music for this morning's play list in that I am featuring some choral works.  The play list this morning includes all six movements of the Missa Breve for SATB choir, soloists, two oboes, strings, and basso continuo in G Minor, BWV 235 by Johann Sebastian Bach performed by Cantus Colln.  After the play list is this week's edition of yummy men in their Monday's Undies for your perusal.  Thanks for stopping in, come again tomorrow to see what is up in my corner of the world.  Until next time as always, Enjoy!
