Best of the Web This Week

Welcome to the weekend.  Will and I got some non-essentials moved yesterday, however the power was still not on so we could not move anything that required electricity.  We also could not move big items as we did not have the use of a truck or our Arturo to help us.  We will get this move done even if it takes until midnight on Monday, although I hope it will not take us that long.  Even with all the turmoil and hassles of the week with the move and all, I still managed to grab nearly 500 photographs from the Internet.  I have again selected the hottest of the hot for your weekly review of the Best of the Web This Week.  To accompany the multitude of manliness, I have found a remarkable performance from Australia to provide the music for your ears.  I have 11 year old Rachel Siu, from Sydney Australia, performing Haydn's Cello Concerto in C Major in the finals of the 2009 Australian National Youth Concerto Competition. Recorded at The Old Museum, in Brisbane Australia, with Rachel accompanied by the Queensland Youth Symphony, John Curro conducting.  The National Youth Concerto Competition is Australia's most prestigious prize for string soloists 17 years and younger. Previous winners include International prize winners Ray Chen (whom Nichevo has previously featured) and Suyeon Kang.  Rachel is the youngest winner in the competition's 35 year history.   Between the music and the men, you should be able to enhance your weekend both aurally and visually.  Thanks for spending a moment of your time with me today, come again soon and often.   I will try to pre-post something for Monday, if it is at all possible, given what I still have to accomplish.  If not, then I will definitely be back on Tuesday with a post.  Until next time as always, Enjoy!
