I had a nice, quiet, relaxing day off yesterday which I needed after a really hectic night at work on Thursday. I did some reading, you know how I like my stories, once again finding interesting stuff at the Gay Authors website. One of the authors I found there, Mark Arbour, writes serial erotic historical e-novels which combines my love of history with my love of erotica. The current series I am reading is the Bridgemont series. The series starts with The Gunroom, which follows the career of George Granger as a Midshipman in the Royal Navy beginning in 1791. What is not to love about a Gay Sailor, huh? George is sort of like the Gay Horatio Hornblower and his adventures both Naval and Erotic are quite interesting and well written, maybe you might find them of interest also. While reading I was listening to Venice Classic Radio and heard this Bach Cello Suite (Number 3 BWV 1009) and thought you guys might like it too. The video I posted is of a superb performance of this suite by Rinat Ibragimov, who is the principle Double Bassist of the London Symphony Orchestra. By playing it on the Double Bass instead of a Cello, the piece has a richness of tone that resonates the stage in this solo performance. I followed the video with this week's bumper crop of gorgeous guys in the Best of the Web This Week to once again sizzle your senses. Join me again on Monday when we celebrate the Fourth of July in a grand manner here at Nichevo. Until next time as always, Enjoy!
