I must confess, I have a Guilty Little Pleasure. The other day I was over at You Tube again and ran across some videos from the FOX-TV hit sensation, Glee! I have just recently become addicted to this fabulous, frothy musical dramedy. So for our musical pleasure today I have some of my favorite performances from Glee! As anyone from my generation of Gay men, musicals and torch songs really get our groove to going, so here is hoping I can get your groove to going, too. We start with this season's biggest hit and You Tube viral success, Teenage Dream; next up is the "Regional" original song, Loser Like Me; the next video is from a live performance on Britain's X Factor, the cover of Journey's Don't Stop Believing; then I had to post Blaine and Kurt's first duet, Baby It's Cold Outside; now we get into some more torchy songs with I dreamed a Dream; then comes another "Regional" original song, Get It Right; the next video is probably the best cover version of The Beatles I Want To Hold Your Hand that I have ever heard, and believe me in my nearly 60 years I have heard a lot of versions of this song; and finally, what venture into musicals and torch songs would be complete without some Judy Garland, with Puck and Will on acoustic guitar and ukulele singing a great version of Over the Rainbow. You can catch GLEE! tonight on your local FOX station, so do get ready to "Gleek Out" on the videos then scroll on down for an eyeful of your Tuesday Temptations. Thanks for coming by to visit, come again soon. Until next time as always, Enjoy!
