Working for the Weekend!

Well we made it over the hump and are working towards the weekend, Hoo Ray!  Rachal came over last night to visit Will and me.  Will gave her a late Christmas present from our friend Larry in Hawaii that had arrived at our house.  It was planned that way to surprise her.  She got a big stuffed Domo and some fuzzy Domo Dice for her car.  She loved them as she is a huge Domo fan.  I made some Cajun red beans and rice with smoked sausage for our dinner which was enjoyed by all.  This was a little surprising as Will is not too much on spicy food but I slid a little extra Cajun spice in under his radar and he ate it right up.  (evil grin, lol)  I am marinating some chicken breast in garlic and cracked pepper for tonight's repast.  Will really likes this marinade from Lowry's that goes good on chicken, steak or pork chops.  We have tried it on all three meats and it has been good every time.  I let them marinate at least 8 hours and they come out tender, moist and delicious.   Hmmm, now I  am making myself hungry, dammit!  Anyway, I will struggle on.  

As I was reading the news in my reader I came across the video below over at Towleroad that stars Lady Bunny which parodies Sarah Palin.  I found it quite amusing and thought you guys might get a laugh out of it also.  The video is followed by some recent acquisitions for my eye candy collection gathered from around the Internet and posted here for your viewing pleasure.  Until next time as always, Enjoy!
