"The End of the Road"
I have come to the end of my road as far as reticence to action on an interpersonal level is concerned. This morning at 9 AM I have an appointment with Congressman Burgess here in my district down by the south campus of Tarrant County College. We will be talking health care, which is of a real concern for Will and I, and Gay Civil rights to include DOMA, DADT and ENDA. I am pre-writing this post so I will not have to crunch my schedule today. This is a big step for me as my Mother knows every baptist and every democrat in the state. and this is her district also. I have never done any gay politicking in Fort Worth out of "respect" for her, but that time also has come to the end of its road. either she accepts and loves me as I am or not. Does not matter either way as I must do what is necessary to make my life equal to others in America. Due to time constraints, I will post some links to different things that are of interest to our community without commenting on them and the links will be followed by Random Hotness from my weekend gatherings around the web.
