Another Scenic Adventure

"Montana"

I had the chance over the weekend to do a little more catching up on my video in box where I found today's video presentations from the Scenic Boys, Garet and Dusty. The adventure chronicled in the videos was camping trip in celebration of the pagan holiday Beltane and Garet's birthday. They took along seven of their friends to help in the celebration and two of those friends made videos of the events as well as the one made by Garet and Dusty. The first video is Garet and Dusty's, the second video was made by their friend Michael with a simple point and shoot camera (similar to my Nikon CoolPics) and is different in perspective than that of Garet and Dusty. The third video is by their friend Matthew and here is what Garet had to say about Matthew and this video:

  • He joined us last year at Federation Forest and at Bumping Lake - then produced videos that told more of a fantasy/surreal story of our trips. We were lucky enough to have Matt join us on the Beltane trip last week, and again he made a wonderfully moving video. But this time it's deeper, bigger, and more in tune to the world we live in.
So kick back and enjoy these three different takes on the weekend celebration of Beltane and Garet's birthday by nine Gay men camping in the Wenatchee area of central Washington near lake Chalan. There is a fourth video below which has nothing to do with Beltane or Garet's birthday, but is a beautiful rendition of "In the Arms of the Angel" by Sarah McLachlan and Josh Groban which I ran across and could not resist posting. After the videos I have a collection of hunks I Stumbled Upon on during my weekend web surfing while talking with Will. Until next time as always, Enjoy!
