Red vs Blue + Simply Red

After posting yesterday, I spent most of my day off in bed. I wish it was in that way, but alas, all I did was sleep, dammit. Much needed as it was, it did take up a lot of my day and evening. I finally came alive around midnight when I started catching up on the email and such while waiting for Will to get off work and come online which he did about 2 AM. We had not had time to talk the last couple of days, so we were due some phone time to catch up with each other. As you know, Will has a wide range of interests, many of them (most?) related to technology and gaming. He is forever trying to interest me in becoming a gamer without much success, however I humor him most of the time. I am making a sincere effort to comprehend the gaming culture but most times I fail to find the same fascination he does. We do have some lively "discussions" about that subject among others either of us are slightly to extremely passionate about. One of his particular passions is classic cartoons and animated internet video series of the humorous variety. He has other video interests as do I, but that is another story for another time. During our conversation this morning he of course sent me some links. He has been trying almost from the time we first met to get me to watch the animated series Red vs Blue. Again with much resistance from me. Well he convinced me to finally watch season one from the beginning so I would understand the story and characters as they develop. I must admit that it was an hour and a half well spent (but don't tell Will that) enjoying the antics of space soldiers on a remote outpost that serves no purpose other than to be there. I swear these guys are so stupid they are hilarious. It is kinda funny in a way, that Will and I got into this Red vs Blue thing this morning, thereby becoming the subject of this post, but I do happen to have an eye candy section that is somewhat distantly related. Even if it is only by color and not by content. I have been collecting a few photos of men with varying shades of red hair into a single album. I am finally trying to organize my vast collection of photographs into some semblance of order (hmmmm).
