New Stuff and Coming Events

Peggy's Cove, Canada

It has been a really full week for me here and I am so looking forward to my day off tomorrow but first we must plow through the Friday night weirdness at work. The only sour note to the week is that lunatic that tried to scam me will not quit calling and texting my cell phone, he called again today (the caller id said Hawaii this time). I am hoping some Nigerian Mafia man does not show up on my doorstep demanding $300 to go away. We will see. I am more encouraged by the other events of the week which I think will lead to exciting events for Nichevo and your Uncle for sure my circle of Internet friends is growing by leaps and bounds with new folks discovering my little corner of the world every day. Google Reader is now syndicating Nichevo giving you another way to subscribe to your favorite blog. Just do a search for Nichevo under your Discovery tab on your Google Reader page. I will have to find a button for the sidebar to make it easy to do from here.

Sometime back I told you guys about the Laman Library a half block from my hotel. I have now got pictures and am working on a photo spread and some history of the library with input from my buddy who is Media Director there. Plus there is always more exciting photography to anticipate on a daily basis. There are some irons in the fire I can not really talk about yet however rest assured any good news will be trumpeted here first. My life is suddenly becoming full of friends, activities and opportunities unthought of just six months ago. More proof coming here was the best decision I could have made with the choices I had available at the time. A little something kinda freaky but cool happened the other day when I was registering my camera at the Nikon website. I had to enter the serial number of course. This is the freaky cool part, it was like this particular camera was meant to be mine from the get go. A recurring number in my life has always been 69 (don't go there, oops too late!). That is the year of my High School graduation, forsure one of my favorite activities and on down the line. The last two digits of my camera's serial number? None other than 69. Freaky, cool and spooky all rolled into one. Must be doing something right somewhere.

Today's Video Nichevo opens with a music video "Together We Are Beautiful" and wraps up with will.i.am's "Yes, We Can!" with ATWT sandwiched in between. Then of course we have Friday's Frisky Fellas to kick start your week end. I will catch up with you guys again tomorrow, thanks once again for stopping by my little corner of the world. Until next time as always, Enjoy!
