Good Monday morning to you all! Your Uncle took yesterday off from blogging to get a little head start on the week by cleaning up the leftover "honey do" list, unfortunately there is no "honey" to "do" except for me. Ah well, life goes on.... I enjoyed services at Open Door and then spent the rest of the day at home trying to complete my list. Did not get it finished but knocked quite a bit of it down to size. I have made a couple of changes of note around the blog. My buddy Will, in Omaha (more about him later), told me my RSS button was not working so I recoded that so now it brings up a page where you can choose which reader you want to use. Speaking of readers, heretofore I have not really liked the news readers I have tried so I was hesitant to try the Google Reader although as those of you with gmail know, when the in box is empty it says try Google Reader. I finally succumbed to the power of the add and decided to give it a whirl. I do not know how I covered as much ground as I did looking for content with out this wonderful tool. It not only makes gathering data simple and easy, putting a wealth of new source material handy to my fingertips, it makes it easy to share the interesting little tidbits you run across. I have added what they call a chiclet (when I was young Chiclets were tiny pieces of candy coated chewing gum) to the sidebar which previews the latest six shared items and links to the rest on my shared items page. If you just want to check out my shared items page direct you may also click here, There is not much customization as far as page layout is concerned on the shared items page, so just go for the articles, the page them is the most bearable one they had. I have also added an "add to Google" button next to the RSS button so you can easily add Nichevo to your Google Reader. For those of you who use gmail, check out this post by Lifehacker featuring a sharp theme facelift for both gmail and gcal (calender). Post and link to Globex for the FF extension is here.
Now back to my buddy Will in Omaha. He considers himself a "gamer" of the first magnitude and as such has uploaded videos to You Tube demonstrating his prowess at certain games. I am not a "gamer" but have learned ever so much more than I ever thought I would about video games. He is though part of the Geek network that I have ptapped into which has come in handy quite a lot with my experiences in the recent upgrade cycle. I do not know how many of you are "gamers" but you can check out all his videos at his You Tube Page and you can get a look at his most popular video and the one that appealed to me as a "non gamer" because of the pirate background (maybe it is my Johnny Depp addiction kicking in). Will and I are pretty good buddies, (his ears must be burning as he just showed up on line as I am writing this) strange as our relationship is. We met when he was a guest here at the hotel and have spent many hours Skypin back and forth. Other than Ryan over at Boys Are Ugly, I can think of no one else whom I spend so much time talking to. For all our indvidual idiosyncracies we seem to get along pretty well. So check out his videos either at his page or in today's Video Nichevo.
Also in Video Nichevo is a music video, Prokofiev and Art, and a couple of election videos, one pounding McCain and the other with my man Barack Obama in Reno. I saw the bs thing with Saddleback Church on CNN, pandering to the fundies at his boot licking best was McCain while Barack Obama tread carefully but surely through the minefield of right wingnutdom. I just refuse to give the fundies a voice on my page. I will give them as much time and grace as they give me. Enough said there, anyway.......let us not get off on a rant at this late stage in the post. Then because I did not post anything yesterday I put some extra tasty eye candy out for your consumption as well as expanding the line up to include a few more hunks than usual. So you guys take a look around, check out the new features and let me know what you think. Until next time as always, Enjoy!

MAN!! There's a TON of 'meals'
I'd like to order today! But #1
just made my heart skip a beat and
my jaw drop to the desk. It would
have been the key board but I
hadn't pulled it out yet. So, I'm
drowning in my own drool now.
ALSO, I think we talk a lot. I know
not as much as we used to with you
changing hours and my schedule with
the boy and all his stuff.
Next Monday is the first day of
school. Anything you'd like for
me to tell to 'E'? Because 'R'
won't be going there this year :(
He's in Granbury now.
BIG TACKLE YOU TO THE GROUND AND
SIT ON YOU HUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Do not quite understand what is at stake.
Hi I think you're wrong. I'm sure. I can prove it.
