Words On A Page

Roaring Fork,
Great Smokey Mountains Nat'l Park, TN

The blank page is staring at me waiting to be filled with meaningful words or inspiring ideas. The page is begging for something of substance so profound all manner of people will read it. Alas for today the page must live with its disappointment with your Uncle. It seems, for the life of me, I can not get up much steam for any particular subject. There have been blips on the radar screen but nothing to shake up the world so to speak. There was a couple of items of interest like the Gay High School student in Michigan, Jonathon Siden, who is a finalist for Michigan's Young Citizen of the Year. Yoni as he is called is being cited for the positive influence he has provided for LGBTQ youth with his activism and leadership. Then there was this story from Brussels, Belgium via Adelaide, Australia of two guys, Werner Dupont and Bart Geraets, who obviously have to much time on their hands. It seems these guys have invented a new urinal game where you can blow up aliens in outer space or ski down a virtual slope. Players hit their marks by peeing on sensors inside the urinal. The "Place To Pee" game booth is designed for two players, like men need another reason to play with their dicks in public. It even has an adapter cup so the game can be played by women. File that one under things that make you go hmmmm.

So instead of boring you with endless details of meaningless things I will cut to the quick and get on with the entertainment. In video today we have the just released official video of "I wanna Be A Housewife" by Jay Brannon, a sweet, wistful song. Then we have Senator Obama speaking before 75,000 people in a waterfront park in Portland, Oregon. Next up is Part Six in the Great Classical Composer series which is followed by the Monday and Tuesday episodes of Holly Oaks. After that, we have the selections for today's eye candy section which took some time to acquire today. When I got off work last night I decided my My Pictures folder was getting too unwieldy and taking up too much space on my small C drive (only 20GB). I began the process of moving the contents into sorted folders on my larger D drive (100GB). Of course it began to take longer than I had energy to watch because once I physically moved the file to the new locations, then Picasa2 had to sort them import the new folders and rearrange its data base so I went to bed and slept late. That is why I am so late in posting today, thanks for waiting around for me to post. Until next time as always, Enjoy!
