Here it is 10 AM and I have not written up a post yet. Uncle is slowing down or staying too busy one or the other. Be that as it may, we do have a couple of items of interest today. YOu know of course Il Duce uh err Il Papa is in country today on his 81st birthday. There is a State Dinner in his honor at White House that he is not going to attend tonight. I do not blame him there, who would want to hang with that dumb ass that lives there anyway? The reason I mention Pope Benedict the XVI Century is because Michael Signorile has a memorable episode recounted on his blog, The Gist, about the first time the then Cardinal was in New York. You can read it here. Michael as ou know is an activist and host of OUTQ on Sirius Satellite Radio as well as a blogger who I have read for many years. The story is worth a read so check it out. Speaking of stories, I just finished a couple that might be of interest to you. The Conquered has 35 chapters and is set mostly in a gym type atmosphere and Those Golden Eyes has 28 chapters so far. Both are continuing stories that have not yet been completed but are ongoing. I found them both interesting and entertaining both for sexual content and character development. If our into good reads, then by all means check them out.
I have a video today of Barack Obama's speech to the United Steel Workers in PA on Su7nday. The steelworkers are the ones who cheered Obama and Booed Clinton over the weekend. The speech is very good. TGhe man can speak and hold his audience. Many of you are too young to remember JFK when he was alive, but I get a lot of the same feelings listening to Senator Obama as I got when listening to JFK during his Presidency way back when. Give a listen then scroll on down to enjoy todays selections in the eye candy section. Until next time as always, Enjoy!

thanks, as always for the eye candy pics. Good post also.
St. Thomas and Tibet are two of my favorite places. I've never been to either one, but my sister has in-laws who live in the Virgin Islands, and she has been there to visit them. I envy them all!
Another one of my favorite places is the backside of that kid in the white cap! : )
