Transition In Process

I have arrived safely in Little Rock but the weather has not cooperated in allowing us to unload the rental truck that has all the stuff we moved up here. I did manage to get my clothes but things like my computer, desk and other household items are still in the truck. It rained all day Monday and as I write this it is snowing outside with the frosty temperature of 28 degrees. As I do not have access to my computer, I do not have access to my archives to create an eye candy section so when I do get my computer set up I will post some pictures of the hotel as well as catch you guys up on your eye candy fix. The hotel is as nice as expected and my room has a full size stove with oven and full size refrigerator as well as a microwave. This is an added bonus that will make my life so much easier. I do love to cook and it has been a while since I have been able to do anything except microwave cookery. I might even get into some baking when the mood strikes me. From the little I have explored it seems things like grocery stores, dollar stores and the like are just blocks away. I did not do a whole lot of exploring as I am not a fan of walking in the rain without my umbrella which is still in the truck. I did want to let you guys know I arrived and am excited by what I have found so far. I worked my first shift Monday night, learning a new system that is a lot more involved than the last hotel system I worked so that is sure to provide me with many interesting moments as I learn my way around it. I am writing this in the lobby so my time is somewhat limited. Hopefully I will get my computer situated today sometime and I can post some eye candy and pictures of the hotel. Stay tuned and I will post again soon.
