November Memories

This is republished from November 4, 2006 my second day of blogging. As you can see I discovered Beautiful and You Tube early on and liked what I found there. Enjoy this reprise of:

Saturday Morning Musings

So what do have for you this morning? A compendium of various gleanings from the wonderful world of the web. If you haven't been over to Beautiful lately, they are in the midst of Ethnic Month featuring men of color. Today's post is featuring the work of that marvelous photographer Joe Oppedisano who always seems to capture the pure essence of the men he photographs. You can check it out here.
In other news today, Andy over at Towleroad has a nice little piece on Neil Patrick Harris (my man Doogie Howser) coming out. It seems to be getting easier and easier for the folks in Hollywood to be honest about themselves. Isn't it about time? I for one applaud his courage and wish him the best. You can read more about it here.

On the political/religous front you might want to read the excellant article on the hypocrisy of the Pastor Ted Haggard, on of W's weekly advisors, over at Night Charm. It just doesn't seem to end, does it?. I am so looking forward to Tuesday when we can get rid of some of these assholes that are trying to turn this country into a theocracy. Read the article, then check out the rest of the site, it will be worth your time.

Want to hear something really funny? Watch this video courtesy of You Tube. These guys are straight but this is too funny to miss.

And finally heres is a beautiful little video with fantastic music. Just something to soothe the savage beast.
