Today is the 65 anniversary of the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Take a moment to remember those that sacrificed then and those that are sacrificing now. The service members and veteran's among us deserve no less. All have given some, some have given all.
Whenever you feel like you are just one drop in the ocean of life, you must remember that every drop affects every other drop. As a drop hits the surface, it causes ever widening ripples that eventually reach the shore. Our lives are like that, as we pass through, each act whether kind or not, starts a ripple that effects all in its path. It is my hope that the ripples I create here bring good things to bear for all they touch. And as the ripples that reach the shore bounce back into the ocean, so do my ripples as the reach you who bounce back your love and support which makes writing Nichevo so worth the effort.
I had a reader comment that he had a problem when trying to download my latest video from the Pando application. I test the button and was able to download the video and play it with out a problem, please let me know if you have any difficulties and I will do what I can to fix the problem. It seems you guys like my videos, I have had several subscribers sign up for them over at my channel on You Tube. That is the fastest way to know when I have a new one, plus you can access all the other videos I have found interesting in my cruising around there.
There are a lot more of you that stop by for a visit than have voted for the banner photo of your choice. So far, the eye candy hunk has 50 percent of the vote. If you want one of the other pictures, you need to make your wishes know by casting a vote in the sidebar. The polling is open until the end of the month, so vote for your choice today.
Apparently you guys really liked my post featuring the twins. I have enough material for several postings so I think I will space them out, maybe make them a weekly feature. How does Tuesday Twins sound to you. Let me know, I am always open to your suggestions as I want this journey to be as interactive as possible for all of us.
Ryan at Boys Are Ugly But So Cute posted a poem today that really got me. It is a very uplifting poem about how our imperfections are what makes us the persons we are and how we have to remember that others perceive us much differently than we do ourselves. As one of many who suffers from the occasional bout of depression, I made a copy of the poem to remind myself not to get so down on me, as the water I spill along the way just may help your flower grow.
Tomorrow I have the second interview with a marketing firm for a well paying position. I want to ace that interview so badly I can taste it. I am encouraged as they did ask me to bring all my hiring documents with me as a lot of the time they hire on the spot and put you to work immediately. That would solve a myriad of problems in my life, let me tell you!
I just noticed that I am 4 days past the one month anniversary of my first post. It seems hard to believe that I have been able to post something every day without fail. It has not always been easy, but it has been worth it. My universe has expanded in so many ways since Nichevo began. If you haven't noticed the little map in the sidebar for tracking the number of visits I get and where the computers are located that click into Nichevo. I have developed a following on all 7 continents. It is gratifying to realize I have some universal appeal that crosses all borders and enters all nations no matter the language spoken. I have had over 6200 visitors since the 12th of November when I added the little map which translates into over 8000 visitors since I began using the average daily reader number to extrapolate the total. I thank you all for stopping by and want you to continue so I will do my best to give you good reason to do so.
Well I gues I just give you a little more eye candy to close out today as I want to get some rest so I will be prepared for tomorrow. So until nextime as always, Enjoy!
