Cooking With Jack

I do all the cooking around our place, lucky for me I love to do it!  Will's only skills in the kitchen are heating something in the microwave and making his own salad.  I make a great salad too, but with more ingredients than Will likes in his, so we both make our own.  Here recently, Will turned me on to this great little You Tube Series  Cooking With Jack starring Jack Scalfoni.   Jack is humorous along with being a great cook.  He shares his "Lazy Man" recipes, old family recipes and does product reviews.  I am adding a spirit of adventure to the weekly menu planning as I am trying out a couple of his recipes from his "Mom Is Great" series where he shares recipes his Mom made when he was a kid that he still uses today.  I am going to try his Pasta Fazool and his Teriyaki Short Ribs as well as his Lazy Man Garlic Bread to go with the Pasta Fazool.  In this week's videos he is doing a "cook along with Jack" using a recipe for Pork Burritos.  Monday's show gave you the shopping list and Friday he invites you to make the burritos along with him during the show.  If you like to eat well (and what man doesn't?) and want to have a good time learning new recipes, you can't go wrong following Cooking With Jack on You Tube.  I know I will be watching all of them as they come along and go back to look as some of his archived videos for other ways to add to our dining adventures here at home.
